Getting your statement out of BNP Paribas

Account statements arrive as PDFs in the Documents et releves section of the Espace Client, notified by email or SMS, and BNP says current-account statements stay available for 10 years. Downloading the operations themselves is a separate control, Telecharger mes operations, which only appears once you expand an account's details — and it reaches back far less far than the statement archive does.

- Log in to the Espace Client at mabanque.bnpparibas, or open the Mes Comptes app.
- Go to Comptes et Contrats.
- Find the account you need.
- Expand its details using the arrow on the left — the download control is hidden until you do.
- Choose Telecharger mes operations and pick from the formats offered for that account.

Get statements as PDF (releves en ligne)
- Log in to the Espace Client or the Mes Comptes app.
- Open the Documents et releves section.
- Select the account and the statement period.
- Download the PDF.
This is the long archive — BNP says current-account statements are available for 10 years.
Menu wording shifts between app versions; the destinations above stay stable — confirm against BNP Paribas's official help. Statements up to 5 MB / 5,000 rows are supported; card numbers are redacted before storage, the original file is deleted within 24 hours, and reports stay in your dashboard only as long as your plan keeps them.

How far back you can go
BNP Paribas says your current-account statements are available to you for 10 years in the Espace Client, and you are notified by email or SMS each time a new document is filed. The operations download is the short window by comparison, which is why a multi-year French history — for a mortgage file, an accountant or a tax return — comes out of the PDFs rather than the export.
BNP Paribas statement quirks worth knowing
These are the details that trip people up when a BNP Paribas export doesn't line up with the statement it came from — worth reading before you assume the conversion is wrong.
- Statements and operations are two different things in two different places: statements are PDFs in Documents et releves, while Telecharger mes operations sits on the account itself behind the expand arrow.
- The download control is hidden until you expand the account's details with the arrow on the left — the commonest reason people conclude BNP has no export.
- The structured operations download covers a much shorter recent window than the statement archive. Published figures for that window disagree with each other; treat the PDFs as the reliable source for anything that is not obviously recent.
- You are notified by email or SMS when a new document lands in the Espace Client, which means the archive fills up quietly and is usually more complete than people expect.
- Banque Privee and Entreprises customers use different portals with their own layouts, so instructions written for the retail Espace Client will not match.
