Invoice line items to CSV, verbatim
The CSV mirrors the invoice's own table — its column titles, its row order, its values — with cells neutralised against formula injection. Because nothing is renamed or normalised, mapping it into QuickBooks, Xero or a custom import is a one-time exercise that keeps working.
The reconcile check runs first
Before you import anything, the page shows whether line items sum to the subtotal and whether subtotal plus tax equals the total — pass/fail per check. It's the difference between forwarding numbers and vouching for them.
Processing invoices in bulk
Batch upload takes a stack of PDFs (or a zip) and returns one line per invoice: type, row count, and whether its totals reconcile — so you can clear the clean ones fast and give attention only to the flagged ones.
What about scanned invoices?
Digital PDFs with a real text layer give exact results — we read the document's own characters and coordinates, not a picture of them. If you upload a pure scan with no selectable text, we detect it and tell you honestly instead of returning garbage rows.
