PO data extraction without vendor templates

Template-based tools want a parsing rule per supplier layout — fine at three vendors, painful at thirty. Extraction here is layout-agnostic: the line-item table is read from the document's own structure, so a supplier you've never bought from before works on the first upload.

Matching POs against invoices

Extract both documents to spreadsheets and the three-way match becomes a column comparison instead of eyeballing PDFs side by side. Each document carries its own reconcile verdict, so a total that doesn't add up announces itself before it muddies the match.

Excel for people, JSON for systems

The workbook is for humans doing the match; the JSON download carries the same lines and fields with stable keys for an ERP import or a procurement script. Both come from the same upload.

What about scanned POs?

Digital PDFs with a real text layer give exact results — we read the document's own characters and coordinates, not a picture of them. If you upload a pure scan with no selectable text, we detect it and tell you honestly instead of returning garbage rows.
